Asphalt Training Certificate of Achievement for Maintenance, Materials or Equipment & Operator TrainingThis certificate program presented by the Rocky Mountain Asphalt Education Center (RMAEC) in association with the Rocky Mountain Asphalt Conference and Equipment Show (RMACES) will provide a Certificate of Achievement for attendee’s who pre-register to be in the training program. The opportunities to achieve the Certificate are within either the Maintenance track sessions, Materials track sessions or the Equipment and Operators track sessions. Attendees will be afforded the opportunity to pre-register to be a part of the certificate program when they register for the RMACES. To achieve a certificate the candidate will be required to complete the registration form and pay the additional $50.00 fee. On the registration form they must indicate their choice of “Maintenance”, “Materials” or “Equipment and Operator” Training certificate.
At the beginning of each of the required sessions, the candidate will sign in and obtain a copy of the written test for that session from the session host. At the end of the session they will be required to complete the test and return it to the session host making sure the host properly notes the test was returned. NO tests will be accepted late (After the beginning of the next scheduled session.) Candidates seeking the Maintenance Training Certificate will also be required to attend the outdoor demonstration (Session 4) as a part of the process, check in with the host, obtain the written test, and complete the test pertaining to the outdoor demonstrations. Once enrolled in the sessions they will be required to successfully complete the written tests for each of the sessions and have a combined average score of not less than 80% correct to achieve the Certificate.
